Agreement to Terms

By engaging Lightbridge Consulting for services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services Offered

Lightbridge Consulting offers four main services:

  • Collaborative Development: Partner-based software development with client involvement
  • Express Development: Fast-track software solutions for time-sensitive needs
  • Business Butler Services: Comprehensive business consulting and guidance
  • Business Boot Camp: Intensive program for new business formation

Service Agreements

Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement, which will include:

  • Project scope and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and schedule
  • Intellectual property agreements

Payment Terms

  • Initial Business Needs Assessments are complimentary (no charge)
  • Project payments are due according to the agreed schedule in the SOW
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom software developed specifically for them. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Lightbridge Consulting.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data shared during our engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Lightbridge Consulting's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed to the termination date.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
